| Materials used – ink on paper Methods – traced from a photograph onto paper, and outlined with a fine point pen Meaning – this was a drawing I made for a card to accompany a gift for my best friend, and biggest supporter of my art. It was to celebrate the birth of her second son. I loved this picture she had taken, from her point of view, as it encompassed all of her boys; her husband, her son, her cat, and her expectant belly holding her second son. I love that everyone is represented and delicately captured in this embrace, from her own point of view. |
