| Materials: Paper, watercolor, gouache, time, love, butterflies in my stomach. The work shown here was made during an artist residency in Western Ireland at Kylemore Abbey. It was inspired by Connemara’s landscapes while visiting historical and magical sites. The images from each location were distilled into the depiction of an entity or spirit that represents Jonathan’s experiences in the specific place. |
